Doctor Moreno-Garcia was the valedictorian of her class and was admitted to “Universidad Industrial de Santander”, one of the best-ranked in the country. She received her medical degree in 2012. Dr. Moreno worked with the adult-patient population and managed internal medicine and cardiology patients (supervised by specialists) in Colombia for 2 years before starting residency. Her interest was always in the pediatrics field for which she completed her internship and residency in General Pediatrics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso, Texas in 2019. Doctor Moreno is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
