Education:
Ana’s nursing career began in 2008 with a Practical Nursing degree at Sheridan Technical School, which would become the cornerstone of her career. She chose Chamberlain University as the institution to advance her career by graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science in 2015 and then obtained a Master’s Degree in Nursing Science with a Family Practice specialty in 2018. She holds an active and unrestricted Florida license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Specialty in Family Medicine and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

About me: Ana Rey Medina was born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay. She immigrated to Miami, Florida in 2003, where she established herself and raised her family. Ana’s experience ranges from Long -Term Care nursing homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, Psychiatric, Step Down and Intensive Care units throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, including Aventura Hospital and Medical Center, Memorial West Hospital, and Wellington Regional Medical Center.
