CARLOS LEON

Carlos Albero Leon received his Medical degree at the University of Medical Sciences in Pinar del Río, Cuba, in 1996; in a few years later he obtained the specialization in Internal Medicine in 2001, working at Abel Santamaría Cuadrado University Hospital, he continued his professional studying and obtained the second specialization in Intensive Care in 2005 where he served there as ICU chief until 2007, then he was sent as Internal Medicine sp. to work in Guatemala.

 When he settled down in US, he received his degree as Registered Nurse from the International Institute for Health Care Professionals in Boca Raton, Florida in 2017, providing services in different kinds of nursing settings. In 2020 he received his degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Miami Regional University. Since then Carlos Leon has been working at several medical centers through Florida, obtaining wide experience, he is licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida.

He is trained to react calmly and effectively in stressful situations while maintaining high standards of quality. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, walking and reading.
