MERCEDES GADEA LOPEZ

Dr. Mercedes Gadea López is a graduate of the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. where she completed  clinical rotations in New York, where she ultimately earned her Doctor of Medicine in 2008. She completed her residency in General Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Illinois, Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. Notably, she excelled in her role as Chief Pediatric Resident for an additional year before relocating to South Florida in 2013. Dr. Gadea López is certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Medical Association (AMA), and the Florida Medical Association (FMA). She  is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida and Illinois. Dr. Gadea Lopez was born in Nicaragua and was raised in Vancouver Canada.
