MIRIAM ALVARADO

Dr. Alvarado was born in Belize. She received her Doctorate of Medicine degree at the Latin American School of Medicine in Cuba in 2008. She is a Board-certified Pediatrician and a member of the FAAP. Dr. Alvarado completed her Pediatric residency at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center of El Paso Texas in 2020. She then worked for 2 years at Canton/Postdam Hospital/Clinic in upstate New York. In addition to her medical expertise, Dr. Alvarado takes pride in having achieved her career through scholarships, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence, and her dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. 

Dr. Alvarado is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. She is deeply committed to her pediatric patients and her goal is to provide quality care, educate, and impact not only the child's well-being but also that of the entire family. During her free time, she enjoys visiting adventure parks, travelling and playing tennis.
