ALEXI CUELLAR

Alexi Cuellar Guerrero received his Doctor of Internal Medicine degree from the University of Camagüey in Cuba in 2001. After moving to the United States from his native Cuba, he obtained a FNP and a Bachelor of Nursing from Miami Regional University in Miami, Florida in 2018.  He received his board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and as a registered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Florida. 

Dr. Cuellar is an experienced physician in Internal Medicine and holds a master’s degree in emergency care in Cuba. Alexi Cuellar is licensed to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of Florida. Dr. Cuellar serves as a volunteer Preceptor at the International University of Miami, where he is passionate about sharing knowledge with medical students to promote excellent and healthy outcomes. He is trained to react calmly and effectively in stressful situations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety.
