Biography

Surely Fernandez Sanchez received her General Medicine degree at the University of Medical Sciences of Havana Cuba in 1997. She received her degree in General Family Medicine first degree Specialist at the Joaquin Albarran Faculty in Havana, Cuba 2002. During her time working in multi-Specialty clinics at the Community area. She treated children of all ages, pregnant women, adults, and elderly patients. She became a Specialist in Pediatric at Calixto Garcia Faculty of Havana University in 2008. In United states she received her degree as a Registered Nurse in 2017 and as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Surely Fernandez Sanchez is Board Certified at the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida
